Yesterday I had a blast sharing the concept of #antifragility with Rohit Bassi during this interview. We discussed:

- How you can apply antifragility as a mindset and as a strategy to develop your business

- How to raise antifragile children

- What an antifragile marriage looks like

- Why 'always being positive' doesn't work

and much more.

I thoroughly enjoyed this interview as the line of questioning challenged me to express complex topics in a straightforward and insightful manner.

The concept of Antifragility discussed in this interview with RAW is incredibly profound, offering a framework for thriving under pressure that resonates deeply with me as I navigate the intensive rigors of my current PhD research. Balancing my doctoral studies with a part-time job at Last Minute Assignment has given me a front-row seat to the modern student experience, where the ambition to develop resilience often clashes with the reality of crushing academic deadlines and complex organizational theories. Having suffered through many high-stress hustles and sleepless nights during my own college days, I am now incredibly conscious of the mental toll an unmanaged workload can take on one’s stability. This personal history is why I have such a deep interest…

The antifragile interview really stood out, especially the idea of growing stronger through challenges. I remember a tough semester where everything seemed to pile up at once, but looking back, it pushed me to adapt. During that time, I briefly thought about asking someone to complete my online class for me just to cope. Still, experiences like that do shape resilience in unexpected ways.
