As a leader do you know:
- What are your teams purpose and values?
- Are your purpose and values defined with 100% clarity in a non-ambiguous way?
- Are your purpose and values driving the team culture you desire?
- Are your team purpose and values being used to hire, fire, reward and inspire?
- Are your team purpose and values used by every member in your team to make de-centralised, empowered decisions in the field that are 100% aligned?
