How to make great decisions?

I am working hard these few week at designing my brand new 'Decision Making Workshops' for high performance business and sales teams.
The ability to make good decisions is one of the most critical elements to success in the world of business AND exploration. I wrote the wording "Make Every Decision a Good One" on my boat at the beginning of my last major expedition. This served as a constant reminder every single minute, day and night. Making good decisions has kept me alive through the years, and it is also the difference between life and death/ success and failure, in the world of business. I can't wait to start teaching business teams the techniques and strategies to make better decisions through my new workshop.
