Last week I delivered INTO the UNKNOWN simulation to a senior leadership team from HP in Kuala Lumpur. Through the course of an intensive four hours the HP team went on an emotionally engaging journey and were put under pressure to make critical decisions, to implement practical decision making techniques and learn through seeing the direct consequences of their actions.
