The "INTO the UNKNOWN" decision making workshop was recently delivered to a team from Allianz Technology. I facilitated a half day session with 16 senior leaders and together we went on a journey from Singapore all the way to New Zealand - completely by human power! The group was split into smaller teams and presented with critical scenario's along the journey. They had to employ strategic, critical and collaborative thinking skills to make group decisions on what action to take. Feedback was wonderful with one member saying "I have been on so many of these external workshops and this was the best due to the it being so authentic and inspiring".
Attached here is the introductory video to the workshop.

Looking around Morning Pointe Powell, I noticed a genuine sense of warmth throughout the community. Team members were friendly and explained services with patience and confidence. Residents looked engaged in daily activities, and the surroundings felt clean and well maintained. The visit left me feeling encouraged about the level of support available here.
